# Using the assistant

> Chat and voice. What the assistant can see, and what it can do for you.

The assistant panel is open on every strategy. Type, or press **Start conversation** to talk.

## What it can see

* The strategy you're in — its description, hubs, cards and items
* The card or page you have open
* Anything in the strategy's Context Bank
* The recent conversation

It can't see other strategies unless you're in them.

## What it's good at

* **Drafting** — "Write a problem statement for the SME segment."
* **Sharpening** — "Make this vision half the length and more concrete."
* **Challenging** — "What assumptions is this roadmap making?"
* **Summarising** — "Summarise the open decisions."

## Voice

Press **Start conversation** for a spoken conversation. The transcript saves to the strategy so nothing is lost. Voice minutes count against your plan.

  Tell it what you know before you ask for what you want. Two sentences of context beat ten rounds of correction.
