# Folders, junk & archive

> Keep Home tidy as the number of strategies grows.

## Folders

Home groups strategies into folders. Create a folder, drag strategies into it, and collapse folders you're not working in. Folders are yours — they don't change what anyone else sees.

## Junk

Junk is where strategies go when you want them out of the way without deciding their fate. Anything in Junk is hidden from the main grid and from Portfolio, and can be restored with one click.

## Archive

Archiving is a **status**, not a folder. Set a strategy to Archived when the work is finished or no longer relevant. It leaves the default views but stays searchable and stays in the record. See [Lifecycle & status](/strategies/lifecycle-and-status).

## Deleting

Deleting a strategy removes it and everything inside it — hubs, cards, items. Prefer Archive unless it was a test.
