A hub is a workspace inside a strategy with one job. A strategy can have as many hubs as it needs, and you can name and colour each one. Press Add hub on a strategy’s home to add one.

The hub types

Cards and items

Strategy, External research and Development hubs hold cards — structured documents the agent drafts and you edit. Roadmap, Ideas, Decisions and Table hubs hold items — rows you add, drag and score. Cards can link to items and to each other. A decision can point at the roadmap item it unblocks; a persona card can be referenced by an idea.

Naming and colour

Each hub has a name and a colour. Two Table hubs called “Risks” and “Stakeholders” are perfectly normal. Rename any hub from its header.

Who can see a hub

Hubs inherit the strategy’s sharing, and you can tighten it per hub — hide a hub from viewers, or make it edit-only for a few people. See Sharing & permissions.
Start with two or three hubs. Add more when you feel the need, not before.
